Fairfax, Va.-- The National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) is endorsing Jesse Kelly for election to the U.S. House of Representatives in Arizona's 8th Congressional District this November.
"The NRA-PVF is supporting Jesse Kelly because we know he will be a staunch defender of the Second Amendment freedoms of law-abiding gun owners, hunters and sportsmen in Arizona and across America," said Chris W. Cox, chairman of NRA-PVF.
Jesse Kelly's commitment to preserving the Second Amendment has earned him an "AQ" rating and the endorsement of the NRA-PVF.
Kelly supports national right-to-carry reciprocity and efforts to reform the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. He also opposes reenacting the Clinton gun and magazine ban and believes sportsmen should have access to federally-owned or administered lands for hunting, fishing, trapping and recreational shooting.
"Jesse Kelly will be a strong voice in fighting ongoing efforts by anti-gun politicians to dismantle the Second Amendment," Cox concluded. "We ask all Arizona gun-owners and hunters to elect Jesse Kelly to Congress on November 2."
Chris W. Cox is NRA's chief lobbyist. He also serves as chairman of NRA-PVF. The National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund is responsible for political candidate rankings. These are based on candidate voting records, public statements and responses to NRA-PVF questionnaires.
