The NRA Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has endorsed Ralph Norman for the U.S. House of Representatives in the 5th Congressional District of South Carolina. Ralph is a strong defender of the Second Amendment and has earned your vote by protecting your fundamental right to self-defense from those who attempt to eradicate it.

For the following reasons, Ralph Norman has received our endorsement and “A” rating:

• Supports Right-to-Carry – Voted for the strongest Concealed Carry Reciprocity legislation ever to come before the U.S. Congress, which would ensure that the nearly 20 million law-abiding Americans who can carry a concealed firearm in their home state are able to do so in any other state that does not prohibit concealed carry.
• Opposes Government Bans and Confiscation – Strongly opposes the Pelosi/Biden/Bloomberg plan to ban lawfully-owned semi-automatic firearms, magazines and ammunition commonly used for self-defense.
• Supports Veterans’ Second Amendment Rights – Supports legislation that would protect veterans’ Second Amendment rights. 
• Opposes Criminalizing Private Firearm Transfers – Voted against the Pelosi/Biden/Bloomberg so-called “universal” background check system that would criminalize the private transfer of firearms, which is only enforceable through federal firearms registration.
• Supports America’s Hunting Heritage – Supports legislation to expand access for hunting and shooting, benefitting sportsmen throughout South Carolina and the country.
• Opposes Government Blacklists – Opposes legislation denying persons on secret government lists their Second Amendment right to purchase or own a firearm without due process.

In contrast, Ralph’s opponent, Moe Brown, has received the worst possible rating, an “F”, from NRA-PVF for his staunch support for fanatical gun control. A vote for Brown is a vote to keep anti-gun extremists in control of Congress!

Again, please defend freedom by voting Ralph Norman for U.S. House on or before Tuesday, November 3rd, and encourage your family, friends and fellow gun owners to do the same!
