Dear Indiana 6th Congressional District NRA Member: NRA-PVF has posted ratings for the May 7th Primary Elections in Indiana. You can see the ratings for all candidates here. It has come to NRA-PVF’s attention that candidate Jefferson Shreve is suggesting in campaign ads that he has an “A” rating from NRA-PVF. That is false. In fact, Jefferson Shreve has received an “F” rating from NRA-PVF for this election. Just last year, Jefferson Shreve proposed a “Public Safety Plan” that called for a ban on so-called “assault weapons” and raising the age to 21 for all firearm purchases. He also called for a repeal of Indiana’s constitutional carry law. See for yourself - please click here to view Shreve's "Public Safety Plan" calling for gun control (if you have any difficulties viewing this page, please try again on a computer). Jefferson Shreve has yet to publicly renounce his support for these gun control proposals and has demonstrated that he cannot be trusted to protect your Second Amendment rights in Congress. Again, please visit nrapvf.org to find the candidates that will protect your Second Amendment freedoms!
